Designed with a full-length flare. Pant length varies by size from 106–114 cm.

XS–S: Recommended for heights approximately 147–165 cm
M–XL: Recommended for heights up to approximately 175 cm

Fit may vary depending on individual proportions. We recommend checking the garment length against a pair of pants you already own for the best fit.

Shawty Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by customs or for additional charges imposed by customs authorities or local governments.

TRACKING

All orders include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, your tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after receiving your dispatch confirmation.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to Australia Post, international postal services, customs, weather, peak periods or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection or sale/discounted purchases.

If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or does not meet the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, please contact us at office@shawtyfashion.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Where you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law, Shawty Fashion will provide the appropriate repair, replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

For approved change-of-mind exceptions, if any, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
